It appears that lots of people may use the website at once, including from different states and schools. This can put a lot of stress on the proxies, which may not be able to handle all the traffic and can sometimes return proxy errors. Most proxy issues have been fixed, though some may still happen.

Typically, spam the normal refresh button or try a hard refresh, since the page or proxy sometimes glitches. This may help with both “Proxy Error” and “Error Processing Request.”

On Windows or Linux, press Ctrl+Shift+R. On Mac, press Cmd+Shift+R.

Games are hosted by different providers, so a game may be temporarily unavailable, down, deleted, or inaccessible for other reasons. If another copy of a game is available, we typically update it as soon as possible. Sometimes, though, hundreds of games may go down at once. Xander’s Arcade doesn’t make most of the games on the site, though we do make a good chunk of them.
